PLAN YOUR WEEK WITH SIMPLE EASY STEPS

Sunday is one of my favorite days of the week. It’s the perfect time to relax, but also to take action for the week ahead. The best way to take advantage of the day is to plan your week with the right way. The simpler the better.

If you have an organizing problem and planning your life seems to you a chaos, then you are in the right place to follow the steps that will change your daily routine.




Goals, goals , goals .


Yes it’s very important to have faith and trust God and the universe, but nothing comes overnight to improve your life without trying at least a little bit. It’s a matter of organizing.

You have to ask yourself a simple question: what do you want to achieve?

Be true and authentic. Whatever you are doing today, will shape your future self. By setting goals you will stay focused on the things that you want and will feel less stressed and overwhelmed. Always set one goal at the time,so it can be achievable. Your goals have to be realistic and specific. Do you want to lose weight? To reduce stress and anxiety?If yes,then what you can do is to see in depth 2-3 things that you can do daily in order to come closer to this outcome.


Stay focused and organised.


Try and write down each day at least one hour that it will be completely yours with things that will make you happy. This will be your promise to yourself. No matter what, you will dedicate this one hour everyday by doing something for your personal development and your soul . This means that you can read a good book, have a meaningful conversation with your loved ones, exercise or go for a walk,or even listen to a podcast. There are numerous of things that you can find according to your taste, as long as you commit to yourself. No excuses, you just have to show up everyday for you and do the best you can .


Meal prep.


This is so important if you want to feel energized and healthy .No healthy food compares to junk food. It’s also so much easier if you know what you have to buy from the supermarket for the whole week, as this will lift the weight from you. It doesn’t have to be something complicated. Prepare simple meals with lots of fruit and vegetables and you will feel the difference.


Socializing.


Yes,don’t forget to do that. We live on a hectic world and some times we forget to have fun. Spending time with your loved ones will change your mood and also will make you more open and happy. If you know that you will have already a busy week you can choose which day of the week it’s better and schedule prior your meetings. You will thank yourself that you spent quality time with your friends and family.


At the end of the day if you don’t care for your mind, body and soul nobody will do it either. By taking action step by step you will improve your life and also inspire the others.
